Yami RPG Editor Plug-in - Hate Value Ext

This is a plugin command for Yami RPG Editor that can obtain the specific value of hate value, or directly set the specific value of hate value.

When obtaining hate value, if the target character exists in the character's hate list, it will obtain and output its hate value. If the target character does not exist, it will output -1.
